Roll Ups

Outdoor Roll Ups

Full Members are able to enjoy informal bowls included with their membership everyday from 10am until dusk during the outdoor season (23rd April to the end of September) subject to rink availability. (See rink book in the Club).

Club competitions, Leagues and Special Events will always take preference over roll-ups and members should check rink availability prior to arranging a roll-up.

Roll-ups provide members with an opportunity to meet and play against other members of the club on a social basis and also an opportunity to practice and improve their game.

Indoor Roll-ups

Full Members are able to enjoy informal bowls for a charge of one voucher per 2 hour session.  Sessions run from 10.00am in the morning until 9.00pm in the evening. The fee includes tea or coffee plus biscuits. Roll ups provide an opportunity for members to meet and practice together and socialise throughout the winter months (October to mid April).

As these sessions are very popular there is a strict booking system in place and members must check availability and book themselves in for the session of their choice.

Dress code for roll ups and matches can be found in the Club noticeboard and flat soled shoes with no heels must be worn by all players while playing bowls.
