Misconduct Complaints

Bowls England Regulation 9 (R9) sets out the clear, fair, and consistent framework for handling misconduct by Affiliated Members within Bowls England and its associated bodies (Clubs/Counties). The regulation's goal is to protect the integrity of the sport.

Complaints must be managed at the most appropriate organizational level (Club, County, or National). All complaints must be submitted in writing using a Complaint Form to a Complaint Assessor. The Assessor reviews the complaint and classifies it as Unfounded, Minor, Moderate, or Serious, which determines the resolution process.
